Ross Brunello

Ross has a multi-faceted background in real estate investing and lending. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director for MonticelloAM, a leading bridge lender and asset manager providing comprehensive capital solutions for multifamily assets throughout the US. Previously, Ross was a Principal at Oregon-based Morrison Street Capital where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new fund investments that included joint-venture, preferred and structured equity in addition to mezzanine financing for commercial real estate.

Ross also spent time in the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo. With stints in New York and Chicago, he was involved in sourcing, structuring, and closing CMBS and balance sheet loans across all major property types nationwide. Ross began his career in New York City with JPMorgan Chase, working as a commercial real estate analyst responsible for originating portfolio loans secured primarily by multifamily real estate assets in the eastern United States.

Ross received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York.
