Pete Anderson

Pete has nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in acquisitions, asset management and financing. He most recently served as a Principal on the net lease real estate strategy at TPG Angelo Gordon in New York City, where he focused on the origination, underwriting, and structuring of deals. TPG Angelo Gordon is a diversified credit and real estate investing platform within TPG, a global alternative asset manager.

Prior to focusing on acquisitions, Pete was a member of the net lease asset management team where he oversaw property sales, repositioned distressed assets, negotiated lease extensions, and managed loan refinancing. He began his career in New York City with JPMorgan Chase in the Private Bank, working as an analyst with the Financial Sponsors Group.

Pete received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Applied Mathematics from Davidson College in North Carolina.
